Who Pays for Chiropractic?

Today most insurance companies provide chiropractic coverage. Sauk Prairie Chiropractic, LLC will file your insurance claims to your primary and secondary (if present) insurance carrier. Workers' Compensation Injury

If you have been injured at work, notify your employer of the injury, inform your doctor, at your first visit, and Sauk Prairie Chiropractic, LLC, will file your claims directly to your employer's workers' compensation insurance for payment.
